Trak's WinCC Fuel Management Software is a Windows-based Central Controller system designed to track fueling records with your Trak Fuel Sentry fuel island terminals. WinCC consist of a series of user-friendly menus and screens. Once you have experienced the simple and reliable navigation screen, it is easy as point and click. WinCC directs the operator through daily functions- with polling and reports available on an unattended basis. WinCC manages all of the database functions of the Fuel Sentry; including the storing of transactions, inventory, vehicle and personnel information.

You can print total vehicle/personnel lists and individual vehicle fueling history either on demand or by scheduling. Assignments for the quantity of fuel dispensed show the price per transaction and will set the price by tank.

Trak's WinCC passes updated system data to each Sentry to reflect new system parameters; maintain department, vehicle, personnel, site, tank and hose databases. WinCC has the capability to report tank dipping, and flags for reorder.

Data is maintained in database tables, which are accessible to other programs with ODBC connection. All files, both data and control, can be edited easily  through the program.
