Trak Sentry VI

The Fuel Sentry is an island-mounted cabinet containing a microcomputer, card reader; pump control interfaces, power supply, communication electronics, heaters and various other elements used to provide a single control point for the fuel island. The Fuel Sentry uses no separate “controller unit” at the fueling location. It contains sufficient memory and computer intelligence to carry out all island functions.

Our Standard Trak Fuel Sentry offers all the basic features for fuel management. Controlling up to eight (8) hoses simultaneously, the Sentry uses fiber optic wiring or wireless RF for communications. The island-mounted cabinet shields the system from extreme weather conditions. With the Trak Fuel Sentry you have total accountability:

which vehicle got fuel
how much fuel was pumped
who pumped the fuel

The Sentry has "plug-and-play" hardware and is designed to make self-diagnosis easy. Our Sentry provides security, automation and accountability of your fuel island operations 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

Coupled with our WinCC Central Controller Fuel Management Software, Trak's Sentry fuel management system is a friendly easy-to-operate menu driven reporting program. The system can be customized to meet your specific company's needs. All files are ASCII based and will interface easily with your existing systems.

Access methods include the Trak Smart Key, Proximity Card and FOB, Magnetic Card, Keypad entry, wireless via RF communication of Vehicle ID and odometer using a Vehicle Monitoring Unit (VMU).

As your company grows, Trak has additional product lines for more security and accountability.

At Trak we provide you a full year of onsite technical and customer support free of charge. After the first year, we offer a cost-effective Extended Warranty plan that is renewable annually.
