Controlling access for quart oil cans and bottles can be a headache. Allocating for various cans or bottles is taxing when you have to manually track use! That is why Trak designed the Quart Oil Dispenser. This unit was created to work in conjunction with your existing Fuel Sentry mounted on or near the fuel island. The Quart Oil Dispenser is an inexpensive control device helping you account for the use of oil, transmission, etc and it will provide security for those cans or bottles that are always misplaced.

The unit is designed around a locked box that is similar to a vending machine. The Quart Oil Dispenser contains up to 24 slots for cans or bottles of oil. It is designed with the same reliable fiber optics that is used in the Sentry.

When the driver needs oil, they simply insert the vehicle key or identification card (the same one used for fueling) into the Sentry and select the oil dispenser. The top unlocks allowing the driver to lift open the hinged lid and select a bottle.

When the lid is closed, the Quart Oil Dispenser sends a signal to the Sentry indicating the exact quantity of oil removed.

The Sentry then records a stan- dard transaction including the key or card number, vehicle, person, time/date, # of quarts of oil taken, & location.
