Fuel Management Polling Service

With Trak's Polling Service we manage your fluid and fuel management information and ensure the integrity of your systems. At Trak headquarters, we poll and reconcile your fuel sites nightly, and make the results of each day's fuel activities available to you via the Internet! If any issues arise, Trak resolves them immediately.

You control all reporting, and decide if and when to pull your transaction information from the reporting system and send to your accounting or fleet maintenance department. We can schedule file exports in the timeframe you wish and ensure the files are ready for your fleet/accounting programs to import.

With our Polling Service we:

►	Conduct and check polling results to ensure all Sentries at your fuel site locations have polled.

►	Perform reasonability checks to verify that the quantity of fuels match the average quantities per hose.

►	Check inventory levels - if tank levels and deliveries are captured via a tank monitor interface or inventory transactions entered at the Sentry, a report will be sent via email detailing the tanks that need fuel ordered. This is based on the re-order points you provided for each tank.

►	Reconcile that the quantity of fuel dispensed (fueling transactions) matches the quantity of fuel delivered from the tanks.

►	Dispatch a Trak Service Technician if service is required. A Full Service EMA is required to contract for the Polling Service. Cost for the Polling Service is in addition to costs associated with the EMA.

Your fueling information is posted on a web-based system that is available to you immediately through the Internet via a password protected web-enabled Fuel Management Program accessible from anywhere in the world. It be can be accessed from the Internet 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. We will provide you with a secure password access page that will log you right into your information. You have access to add, edit, or delete any of your data, vehicles, personnel, and departments. You can either make cards or keys yourself, via this web-based program - or we can make them and send to you in the mail.
