Fully-Automated
Radio Frequency (RFID) Fuel Management System
Records
and interprets fueling ID
via Radio
Frequency
Trak’sFully Automated Fueling System
records and interprets all fueling identification via Radio
Frequency (RF) without requiring any human input. It is fully
compatible with all of our Fuel Sentry Island Terminals.
This fully
integrated system records and stores vehicle mileage. When the
vehicle stops to fuel, your Fuel Site’s Sentry will automatically
verify the vehicle’s data; including vehicle identification,
mileage, engine hours, trouble codes and engine codes, fuel type and
limit. The Sentry then authorizes fueling and stores the
transaction.
Trak provides a full year of free
technical and customer support with our fuel management systems.
Our Extended Maintenance Agreement (EMA) is renewable yearly and
offers standard upgrades and service to keep your fleet on the road.
The SMARTag is mounted on the vehicle and maintains information
concerning that specific vehicle. The SMARTag is available in
two models:
Key Features
#1 SMARTag OBDII
connects to the OBDII computer of any vehicle after 1996 and
provides Vehicle ID, Odometer/Hour Meter, and engine & trouble
codes.
#2 SMARTag
connects to the VSS signal of a vehicle / equipment and
provides automated Odometer/Hour Meter and Vehicle ID.
NOZZLE PICKUP -
When the driver places
the hose nozzle into the vehicle’s fuel fill pipe, the
SMARTag sends the vehicle’s information
to the Nozzle.
The Nozzle pickup and
the SMARTag have to be with 10” of
each other – this ensures you the tightest in security; the vehicle recorded as
obtaining the fuel and the vehicle receiving the fuel are the
same. The Nozzle Pickup then sends
this data via short range Radio
Frequency to the dispenser and on to the Sentry, utilizing
fiber optic signals for verification.
WinCC - Windows-based or
FuelTRAK - Browser-based Fuel Management database software
lets you upload data from one or more Fuel Sentries and
process all your reports.
SENTRY
- The Sentry
receives the data, checks the system number, clears or denies
the vehicle, and stores all the transaction data. The data in
the Sentry can be downloaded to Trak’s Fuel Management Software
(WinCC) forprocessing.
