The Trak Bulk Fluid Control is a fully automated unit designed to measure and control bulk fluid products. It is designed to work with most bulk products including oils, transmission fluid and coolants. Facilities with the Trak Fuel Sentry will find the Bulk Fluid Control an invaluable addition to total island automation. With the Bulk Fluid Control , you can control access as well as have an automated record of who took fluids, how much, when and for what bus or vehicle. After accessing the Sentry, the driver simply inserts the appropriate oil line and dispenses the selected bulk fluid into the vehicle. The Sentry then records a standard transaction including the vehicle data, time, date, and number of quarts, dispenser number and other data. The bulk fluid reel functions just like another dispenser hose. Each Bulk Fluid Control is counted as one (1) hose. You can connect as many as you need to a Sentry, up to a total of eight (8) hoses, including the fuel hoses already connected. Trak does not sell or install oil reels or pumps but these are easily obtained from your local pump supplier. Please be aware that the oil must be filtered before it is pumped through the Oil Control unit.
